Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for Translation of French Records. The initial period of contract is for 1 year with 3 additional one year extension periods.

Scope:
1. Provide Records Translation Services for government authority.
2. All medical and psychological records are in French, so all records be translated into English.
3. Vendor should receive approximately 200 cases per year, and around 270,000 to 300,000 words, mostly medical or psychological terminology, need to be translated from French to English per year.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 16, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
