Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for Provision of Realtime Translation Service.

Scope:
1. Convert spoken English into a readable format in real time
2. Provider will be assigned to a particular course or courses and one or more students for an entire semester
3. Provider will write the instructor's and participants' spoken words, which will then be displayed on a computer monitor or other display device, in English, for the deaf or hard of hearing student(s) to read
4. Provider shall render as near a verbatim translation as possible, always conveying the content and spirit of the speaker
5. Services may be provided for deaf / hard of hearing faculty or staff for meetings, or as they perform their responsibilities.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 10, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
