Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for interpretation service for conferences.

Scope:
1. Provision of translation services for conferences
2. The contractor shall provide:
a. Two simultaneous Spanish/English interpreters
b. One interpretation booth, fully enclosed
c. Two expert technicians to be present during entire conference
d. Five hundred and forty wireless six channel receiver units with headsets
e. One systems control unit with interpreter unit for two interpreters; includes tow transmitters
3. Dates/Hours services/equipment required:
17 August: 8:30am - 6:00pm - minus 1 hour lunch break and 3 fifteen minute breaks
18 August: 8:30am - 6:00pm - minus 1 hour lunch break and 3 fifteen minute breaks
19 August: 8:30am - 5:00pm - minus 1 hour lunch break and 3 fifteen minute breaks.

This is an on shore and on site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 27, 2010, 8:00 AM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
