Description: We are Australia based looking to outsource our requirement of call center, Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for inbound call center for translation and interpretation Service.
Scope:
1. Provision of core interpretation service that will allow people to telephone a number that is dedicated to the language according to their choice
2. The messages will be of specific language
3. Translation service for production of written material
4. Provision of reports on:
a. The numbers and times of calls in each language
b. Number of connections to an interpreter for each language
c. Where the calls are from
d. Length of calls
5. System that enable calls to distribute across a number
6. Services needed are:
a. Interpretation services via telephone
b. Written translation service
c. Additional service.
6. Provision of 15 language specific telephone lines.
This is a global and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 17, 2010, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
