Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Web Design Service. We are looking for Web Hosting and Translation Services.

Scope:
1. Establish multiple methods of information delivery, including multiple languages
2. Dynamic website functionality and technical support
3. Multilingual website marketing (research, usability, mobile web, Search Engine Optimization [SEO], new media strategy and all ventures related to improving end user engagement)
4. Translation of agency and/or federal partner’s text in image files, photography or photographic elements
5. Translation of agency and/or federal partner’s charts, graphs, flash maps and and/or other flash elements
6. Translation of interactive web applications and/or tools
7. Translation of databases and/or information portals
8. Translation of agency and/or federal partner’s Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint documents
9. Translation of agency and/or federal partner’s Adobe Portable Documents.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than November, 30, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
