Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Proofreading Service. We are looking for Professional Translation Service.

Scope:
1. Translation, revision and proofreading of approximately four major publications
2. Translation of media materials (Press releases, letters from the Superintendent, media advisories, fact sheets, letters to parents, invitations to meetings), usually with a rapid turnaround (translated into Hmong (White) mostly).
3. Translation of nutrition documents (translated into Hmong (White) and Somali).
4. Translation of any other documents as required.
5. Translation services in other languages besides Hmong and Somali, for possible future needs, including but not limited to: Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Khmer, Swahili, Vietnamese, Lao, and Karen S’gaw.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than November, 15, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
