Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for Telephone interpretation services.

Scope:
1. Provide 24x7 oral over-the-phone interpretation services in any language
2. Ensure appropriate capacity to handle at least 100 languages 24x7, including Spanish and have the capacity to handle approximately 50,000 calls per year
3. Interpreters to ensure quality interpretations, competency, appropriate knowledge skills, customer service skills, knowledge of culture-specific medical practices, and protecting privacy and confidentiality of oral interpretations.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 30, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
