Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for Multiple Language Translation Service. The duration of the contract is 1 year with four years extension period.

Scope:
1. Provide Translation and Interpretation Services for government authority.
2. Provide written-translation and oral or American Sign Language interpretation services for individuals with Fee for Service Medicaid benefits to ensure access to covered health care services, regardless of English proficiency or hearing ability.
3. Provide written translation services from English to Prevalent languages like Amharic, Chinese, French, Korean, Spanish and Vietnamese, and vice versa.
4. Provide oral interpretation services for English to prevalent languages such as Amharic, Chinese, French, Korean, Spanish and Vietnamese, and vice versa.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 6, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
