Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for Translation of Documents.

Scope:
1. Translation services capable of translating documents
2. Translations will be from English to Arabic
3. Each of the five journals will submit 1-2 articles quarterly for translation
4. Articles run approximately 6,000 words in length in English
5. Book reviews generally run about 1,000 words in English
6. The annual effort should be no less than approximately 840,000 words [5 (journals) X 7 (articles) X 6,000 (words/article) X 4 (quarters)]. An additionally 48,000 words for book reviews may be submitted
7. Translating written material and interpreting speech from one language to another.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 25, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
