Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Proofreading, Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for experienced freelance translators and proofreaders.

Scope:
1. Translation and proofreading of internal documents such as:
- messages from the Administrator
- texts for the our Bulletin (internal electronic newsletter) and Intranet
2. Translation and proofreading of external documents such as:
- materials for the media
- press releases
- media advisories
- publications
- reports
- other editorial-related texts
3. Translated text has to be delivered in MS Word or Excel files
4. These texts could be for print publications, broadcast or the web
5. Proofreading and editing will be done primarily using Adobe Acrobat 8
6. Proofreading and editing of MS Word documents will make use of track changes
7. Language capabilities:
• English
• French
• Spanish
• Arabic
• Russian
• Chinese.
