Description: We are Canada based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for ASL Interpretation and Translation Service. The duration of the contract is 1 year with the possibility of further extension for 4 additional 1 year period.

Scope:
1. Interpretation Services are required for, but are not limited to the following:
• Health and Safety Training
• Public Forums and Lectures
• Human Resources
• Committee, Team, Client and Staff meetings
• Special Events
• First Aid and CPR training
• Computer Training
• Workshops involving staff or clients
• Small groups or classes with clients
• Client visits to clinics
2. ASL Interpreter is to translate between two languages, English and American Sign Languages
3. Maintain confidentiality for all files and cases.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 20, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
