Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for translation and interpretation of document. The duration of the contract is 1 year.

Scope:
1. Provide interpreters and translators that have been certified, screened, tested, trained, and have proof of demonstrated language proficiency in English and the target language (various languages).
2. Provide on-site interpretation and translation services in several languages to businesses, courts, health departments, hospitals, service providers, etc.
3. Provide interpreters who follow a Code of Ethics which includes confidentiality, accuracy, and client self-determination.
4. Contractor must agree to adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations dealing with client rights and the confidentiality of client information.
5. Contractor agrees to retain all books, records, and other documents relative to the contract for a period of five (5) years after final payment.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than December, 30, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
