Description: We are South Africa based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for translation of documents. The duration of the contract is 1 year commencing from July, 2010 to June, 2011.

Scope:
1. Translation of documents from Afrikaans to English
2. Translation of documents from English to Afrikaans
3. Providers must provide cost for translation per A4 page into both languages if the translation needed is in 5 days
4. Providers must provide cost for translation per A4 page into both languages if the translation is needed urgently
5. Generally MS-Word and Excel are used for programmers.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 4, 2010, 12:00 Noon by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
