Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Translation and Interpretation Service. We are looking for interpretation service for court. The duration of the contract is 1 year.

Scope:
1. Interpretation service for non-English speaking people
2. Interpretation of Spanish language is needed for 50 hours annually
3. Interpretation of American Sign Language is needed for 75 hours annually
4. Interpretation of Other languages is needed for 500 hours annually
5. Service for in-court translation/interpretation only
6. For Spanish interpretation the payment will be 50 USD per hour with two hour minimum guarantee per service
7. For American Sign Language the payment will be 85 USD per hour with two hour minimum guarantee per service
8. For the languages that are used less the payment will be 75 USD per hour with two hour minimum guarantee per service.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 20, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
